Heritage conservation requires strong leadership. Recognizing this, we've established an Executive Director Discretionary Fund to empower our Executive Director with the flexibility to advance our mission and address critical needs. This fund enables our Executive Director to dedicate time to vital programs, engage with the community at key events, and pursue important organizational initiatives. As a nonprofit organization, we depend on community support, and this discretionary fund ensures our Executive Director can focus expertise where it's needed most, even when dedicated resources aren't otherwise available.
