Once a modest one-room dwelling, the home of Hilda Weiss and Wayne Lindberg has evolved over generations into a remarkable expression of continuity, craftsmanship, and contemporary living. Its thoughtful rehabilitation and expansion, led by project architect Michelle McDonough, reveal and celebrate the changes made over many decades rather than concealing them.
Surrounding the cottage, a beautiful native garden, designed by Isara Ongwiseth of FormLA Landscaping, creates a rich and welcoming setting shaped by the character of Southern California.
Reserved exclusively for Leadership Circle members, this complimentary afternoon invites guests to experience the house and garden in an intimate setting. The tour will be followed by a garden reception and conversation exploring the home’s restoration and expansion, along with the creation of its distinctive landscape design.
