About the Tour
Our highly-rated docents will highlight the architectural heritage of our city--from Art Deco to Victorian and Romanesque Revival--along with how Santa Monica developed into the bustling metropolis of today. Guests will see where Jim Morrison played his first show, where special commandos trained on beach, and learn about the movie industry's beginnings. The walking tour covers about 6 blocks in 2 hours and is open to all ages.
